CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Post Brexit - All international deliveries are sent on a DAP basis, this means you as the buyer are responsible for any customs clearance charges, import duties, VAT and tariffs imposed by your country for importing consumer goods. You as the buyer are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We do not collect this beforehand and unfortunately are unable to provide an estimate of the cost as charges vary around the world. However, you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. Please take this into consideration when placing your order, if custom fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery your order will be returned to us as the sender. Unfortunately you will not receive a refund for any incurred handling along with the original and return shipping costs.

UNDELIVERABLE PARCEL(S)

If you're unable to take delivery of your parcel from the courier/postal service then a delivery card will be left for you to arrange redelivery / collection. Your parcel(s) will be held for a defined period of time (varies per company) if uncollected parcel(s) exceed this limit, they will be returned to us as the sender. Unfortunately you will not receive a refund for any incurred handling along with the original and return shipping costs.

Weekend Delivery - All orders placed over weekends will be posted out on a Monday

We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses or On-Forwarding agencies - orders to these may be subject to cancellation. 

A signature will be required upon receipt. If you're not around to take delivery of your parcel, The Royal Mail / courier will leave a note with further instructions for you to follow to arrange redelivery / collection at a time that suits you. Studio by Charlotte do not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. We recommend you use a delivery address where there will be someone to receive and sign for the delivery. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location such as a "safe place" we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive your parcel.

When placing your order please ensure that you give your correct address for delivery since we cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address given at the checkout.
