International deliveries may occasionally take longer than estimated due to circumstances beyond our control. Your dispatch email containing tracking information will arrive shortly after your order is dispatched — please do check your junk folder should it not arrive in your inbox.

International Customs &
Duties

All international orders are dispatched on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. This means that as the recipient, you are responsible for any customs clearance charges, import duties, VAT, and tariffs applied by your country's authority upon the parcel's arrival.

We are required by law to complete customs documentation accurately, with your order value entered exactly as shown on our website. We are unable to alter this in any way. We recommend contacting your local customs office for guidance on any applicable charges before placing your order.

Please take this into consideration when placing your order.

Should customs fees be refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned to us. In this instance, original and return shipping costs are non-refundable, you will not receive a refund for any incurred handling and our £5 our processing and handling fee will apply.

RECEIPT
Signature &
Tracking

A signature will be required upon receipt of your order. We recommend using a delivery address where someone will be available to receive and sign for your parcel. 

 

Should you not be available at the time of delivery, DHL Express will leave a delivery card and send an email or SMS to the contact details provided at checkout, with instructions to arrange redelivery or collection at a time that suits you.

Studio by Charlotte is unable to accept responsibility for any delivery instructions issued directly to DHL Express by the customer. If you request your parcel be left in a safe place, we cannot accept liability should it not be received.

 

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout, as we are unable to accept responsibility for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided at the time of order.

IMPORTANT
Undeliverable 
Parcels

Should your parcel be unable to be delivered and remain uncollected beyond the defined holding period, it will be returned to us as the sender. In this instance, original and return shipping costs are non-refundable and our £5 processing and handling fee will apply.

We kindly ask that you do not refuse delivery. Refused deliveries will unfortunately incur the cost of both the original and return shipping, along with our £5 processing and handling fee.

DISPATCH
When We
Send

We dispatch Monday to Friday on business days only. Orders placed over the weekend will be lovingly prepared and dispatched on the following Monday. We do not dispatch on weekends or bank holidays. Where possible, we always aim to dispatch your order as swiftly as we can.

We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses or on-forwarding agencies. Orders placed to these addresses may be subject to cancellation.
