What is a pre-order?
A pre-order item is due to it being a limited edition piece, keeping it exclusive therefore by pre-ordering the item it will ensure you don't miss out!
At Studio by Charlotte pre-ordering means you are placing an order for an item which has been designed and is currently being made but not as of yet in stock, however an allocation is available for purchase. When placing a pre-order for an item from Studio by Charlotte it is reserved exclusively for you, the moment your beautiful new piece comes into our warehouse we will be in touch to let you know it is ready for dispatch. You will then receive your dispatch notification email which will contain your tracking information.
Please note any updates you receive will be via the email address you provided at checkout.
Please keep an eye on your junk folder as although we hope our emails won't find their way there it's a possibility that they will.
You are charged when the order is placed so the item is exclusively yours. It is your responsibility as the customer to read and understand this information before proceeding to place a pre-order.
Please note that each item which is on a pre-order varies with times and therefore there is no control over when a pre-order item arrives into our warehouse, but instead offer estimates and regular updates.
We promise to keep you updated however please allow the timeframe allocation for dispatch which is given in the items description before contacting us.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled as the item has been reserved exclusively for you with our manufacturer which means your item is already in production.
We promise to keep you updated and we can't wait for you to have your beautiful new item as soon as possible, trust us when we say it will be worth the wait!
Can I return my pre-order if it is unsuitable?
Yes, although we hope you absolutely love your new Studio by Charlotte piece once you have received your order yet feel it is unsuitable our normal return policy applies, please visit here to view our return policy for full information.
Ordered other items at the same time as a pre-order?
If you have ordered other item(s) which are not a pre-order at the same time then please be aware that they will be safely set aside and will then be dispatched together once your pre-order item arrives. If you require a split delivery as you would like the other item(s) dispatched to you sooner then please contact us so we can arrange this, however please note you will be required to pay an additional delivery cost prior to the item(s) being dispatched to you.
