We sell women’s fashion products online. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However:

Measurements are approximate
Products are subject to availability
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.
3. PRICES & PAYMENT
All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise
Prices include VAT where applicable
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout
Payment is taken at the time you place your order using secure third-party payment providers supported by Wix.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if payment is not authorised or if pricing errors occur.
4. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase.
A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.
We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including where:
A product is out of stock
Incorrect pricing or product information is displayed
Fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected
If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
5. DELIVERY
We deliver both within the UK and internationally.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
For international orders:
You may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees
Delays caused by customs are outside our control
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
6. RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept returns in accordance with UK consumer law. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Returned items must:
Be unworn and unused
Have the security ribbon still intact and it must not have been tampered with.
Have all original tags attached
Be returned in original packaging
For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as jewellery) may be excluded from returns unless faulty.

7. FAULTY ITEMS
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@studiobycharlotte.com so we can resolve the issue. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
