Please kindly check your junk folder as sometimes your dispatch email containing your tracking information can find its way there.

UNDELIVERABLE PARCEL(S)
If you're unable to take delivery of your parcel from DHL Express, then either a delivery card will be left and/or an email/SMS message will be sent for you to arrange redelivery/collection. Your parcel(s) will be held for a defined period of time. If uncollected parcel(s) exceed this limit, they will be returned to us as the sender. Unfortunately, you will not receive a refund for any incurred handling, along with the original and return shipping costs, and our £5 return processing and handling fee will apply.

We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses or On-Forwarding agencies -
orders to these may be subject to cancellation.
A signature will be required upon receipt. If you're not around to take delivery of your parcel, DHL Express will either leave a delivery card and/or an email/SMS message will be sent to the email address/mobile number you provided containing further information for you to arrange redelivery/collection at a time that suits you. Please do not refuse delivery; refused deliveries unfortunately will incur the cost of the original delivery and return cost, and our £5 return processing and handling fee will apply. Studio by Charlotte does not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. We recommend you use a delivery address where there will be someone to receive and sign for the delivery. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location, such as a "safe place," we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive your parcel.
When placing your order, please ensure that you give your correct address for delivery since we cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address given at the checkout.
