Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch

24 hour tracked & traced

Items will be sent via The Royal Mail

Signature required

1 - 2 business days (aimed delivery)

UNDELIVERABLE PARCEL(S)

If you're unable to take delivery of your parcel from The Royal Mail then a delivery card will be left and/or an email will be sent for you to arrange redelivery / collection. Your parcel(s) will be held for a defined period of time, if uncollected parcel(s) exceed this limit they will be returned to us as the sender. Unfortunately you will not receive a refund for any incurred handling along with the original and return shipping costs and our £5 return processing and handling fee will apply.

Weekend Delivery - All orders placed over weekends will be posted out on a Monday

We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses or On-Forwarding agencies - 

orders to these may be subject to cancellation. 

A signature will be required upon receipt. If you're not around to take delivery of your parcel, The Royal Mail will leave a note or send you an email with further instructions for you to follow to arrange redelivery/collection at a time that suits you. Please do not refuse delivery, refused deliveries unfortunately will incur the cost of the original delivery and return cost and our £5 return processing and handling fee will apply. Studio by Charlotte do not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. We recommend you use a delivery address where there will be someone to receive and sign for the delivery. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location such as a "safe place" we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive your parcel.

When placing your order please ensure that you give your correct address for delivery since we cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address given at the checkout.
