What is a
Pre-Order?
A pre-order item is one which has been beautifully designed and is currently being crafted, but has not yet arrived in our studio. Due to the limited and exclusive nature of these pieces, pre-ordering ensures you do not miss out.
When you place a pre-order with Studio by Charlotte, your item is reserved exclusively for you. The moment your piece arrives in our studio, it will be lovingly inspected, beautifully wrapped, and dispatched directly to you. Your dispatch notification email, complete with tracking information, will follow shortly after.
Payment is taken at the time of placing your pre-order, securing the item exclusively in your name. By placing a pre-order, you confirm that you have read and understood this information in full.
All updates regarding your pre-order will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Your emails may occasionally find their way to your junk folder — please do check there should they not arrive in your inbox.

Timeframes
Each pre-order piece is unique in its production journey, and as such, estimated arrival timeframes vary per item. The estimated dispatch window for each piece is clearly outlined within its product description.
While we are unable to guarantee exact arrival dates, we promise to keep you updated throughout the process and will be in touch with any changes to your estimated timeframe. We kindly ask that you allow the full estimated window before getting in touch with us regarding your order.
Pre-order timeframes are estimates and may occasionally be subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control. We will always communicate any updates to you as swiftly as possible and appreciate your patience and understanding.

Select your pre-order piece and place your order as normal — payment is taken at checkout to secure the item exclusively for you
Your order confirmation email will arrive shortly — please keep this safe as it contains your order details and estimated dispatch window
We will keep you updated throughout the production journey with any relevant news regarding your piece
The moment your piece arrives in our studio, it is carefully inspected, lovingly wrapped, and dispatched to you without delay
Your dispatch notification email, complete with full tracking information, will be sent to you as soon as your order is on its way
CANCELLATIONS
Can I Cancel
My Order
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed. As your item is reserved exclusively for you with our manufacturer at the point of order, it is already in production and cannot be recalled.
We promise to keep you updated every step of the way, and we cannot wait for your beautiful new piece to be with you. We are confident it will be worth the wait.

Can I Return
My Pre-Order?
We hope you absolutely love your new Studio by Charlotte piece. Should your order arrive and feel unsuitable for any reason, our standard returns policy applies. All the information you need can be found on our Returns & Exchanges page.

Item Too?
If you have placed an order containing both a pre-order item and items which are currently in stock, please be aware that all items will be lovingly set aside and dispatched together once your pre-order piece arrives in our studio.
If you would prefer your in-stock items to be dispatched to you sooner, we are more than happy to arrange a split delivery. Please get in touch and we will organise this for you. Please note that an additional delivery charge will apply for the separate shipment, which will need to be settled prior to dispatch.
To arrange a split delivery, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order so we can make the necessary arrangements for you.
