Look after me beauitfully to keep your Cindy clutch looking its finest.

 

Gently spot clean using a dry soft cloth to wipe away surfuce dust.

 

For minor dirt gently spot clean using a slightly damp soft cloth and blot away excess moisture.

 

Use a high-quality leather conditioner every few months to keep the leather supple and prevent it from drying out - before applying conditioner to the entire item, test it in a hidden area to ensure it doesn't cause discoloration or damage. 

 

Always store inside its dustbag.

 

Do not expose to direct sunlight and excessive heat.

ESTIMATED DISPATCH TIMEFRAME

 

We are aiming to begin dispatch in the order in which they're placed from Monday 5th May.

 

Once you receive your dispatch email (please keep an eye on your junk folder) depending on which delivery service you chose at checkout the following will apply:

 

Standard Delivery

If you chose this delivery option your package will be sent via The Royal Mail using their 48 hour tracked & traced service. Tracking will be provided within your dispatch email and once dispatched to them delivery will take 2 - 3 business days.

 

Express Delivery

If you chose this delivery option your package will be sent via The Royal Mail using their 24 hour tracked & traced service. Tracking will be provided within your dispatch email and once dispatched to them delivery will take 1 - 2 business days ( normally the next working day )

This is a pre-order item, therefore by pre-ordering the Cindy clutch it will ensure you don't miss out!

 

At Studio by Charlotte pre-ordering means you are placing an order for an item which has been designed and is currently being made but not as of yet in stock, however an allocation is available for purchase.

 

When placing a pre-order for an item from Studio by Charlotte it is reserved exclusively for you, the moment your beautiful new piece comes into our warehouse we will be in touch to let you know it is ready for dispatch.

 

You will then receive your dispatch notification email which will contain your tracking information.
