Both the Swift leather and Canvas are delicate, so gentle handling is recommended.

 

Leather and Canvas - gently spot clean using a dry soft cloth to wipe away surfuce dust.

 

Leather and Canvas - for minor dirt gently spot clean using a slightly damp soft cloth and blot away excess moisture. Do NOT soak, rub or scrub the material as this could cause damage to the canvas. For stubbon stains or watermarks, please consider professional cleaning.

 

Leather - use a high-quality nourshing cream specifically designed for swift leather to help maintain its suppleness and prevent cracking. Apply sparingly and always follow the product instructions.

 

If the leather gets wet, immediately blot it with a dry cloth and let it air dry naturally. 

 

Always store inside its dustbag.

 

Do not expose to direct sunlight and excessive heat.

We are aiming to begin dispatch in the order in which they're placed from Friday 30th May.

 

Once you receive your dispatch email ( please keep an eye on your junk folder ) depending on which delivery service you chose at checkout the following will apply:

 

Standard Delivery

If you chose this delivery option your package will be sent via The Royal Mail using their 48 hour tracked & traced service. Tracking will be provided within your dispatch email and once dispatched to them delivery will take 2 - 3 business days.

 

Express Delivery

If you chose this delivery option your package will be sent via The Royal Mail using their 24 hour tracked & traced service. Tracking will be provided within your dispatch email and once dispatched to them delivery will take 1 - 2 business days ( normally the next working day )

This is a pre-order item, therefore by pre-ordering the Daphnéhandbag it will ensure you don't miss out!

 

At Studio by Charlotte pre-ordering means you are placing an order for an item which has been designed and is currently being made but not as of yet in stock, however an allocation is available for purchase.

 

When placing a pre-order for an item from Studio by Charlotte it is reserved exclusively for you, the moment your beautiful new piece comes into our warehouse we will be in touch to let you know it is ready for dispatch.

 

You will then receive your dispatch notification email which will contain your tracking information.

 

Please note any updates you receive will be via the email address you provided at checkout.
