Customs and Duties 

 

All international deliveries are sent on a DAP basis; this means you, as the buyer, are responsible for any customs clearance charges, import duties, VAT, and tariffs imposed by your country’s authority for importing consumer goods. You, as the buyer, are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country, and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We do not collect this beforehand and unfortunately are unable to provide an estimate of the cost as charges vary around the world. We have to fill in the customs forms out very precisely as it’s a legal requirement to do so. Your order value is entered exactly as it shows on our website; it is illegal for the value to be entered as something different. We always suggest that you contact your local customs office for further information. 

 

Once your parcel arrives in the destination country, you will be contacted directly by DHL with easy instructions on how to pay your duties.

 

If custom fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned to us as the sender. Unfortunately, you will not receive a refund for any incurred handling along with the original and return shipping costs, and our £5 return processing and handling fee will apply.

Once you receive your dispatch email (please keep an eye on your junk folder) depending on which delivery service you chose at checkout the following will apply:

 

Standard Delivery

If you chose this delivery option your package will be sent via The Royal Mail using their 48 hour tracked & traced service. Tracking will be provided within your dispatch email and once dispatched to them delivery will take 2 - 3 business days.

 

Express Delivery

If you chose this delivery option your package will be sent via The Royal Mail using their 24 hour tracked & traced service. Tracking will be provided within your dispatch email and once dispatched to them delivery will take 1 - 2 business days ( normally the next working day )

This is a pre-order item, therefore by pre-ordering the Gwyneth handbag it will ensure you don't miss out! 

 

At Studio by Charlotte pre-ordering means you are placing an order for an item which has been designed and is currently being made but not as of yet in stock, however an allocation is available for purchase. 

 

When placing a pre-order for an item from Studio by Charlotte it is reserved exclusively for you, the moment your gorgeous new piece comes into our warehouse we will get her beautifully wrapped and dispatched. 

 

You will then receive your dispatch notification email which will contain your tracking information.
