Customs & Duties
All international orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. This means that any customs clearance charges, import duties, VAT, and tariffs set by your country’s authorities are the responsibility of you, the buyer, and are payable by the recipient when the parcel arrives.
These charges are not collected by us at checkout, and as rates vary from country to country, we’re unable to estimate them in advance. We’d always recommend contacting your local customs office beforehand if you’d like a clearer idea of what to expect.
Once your parcel reaches its destination country, DHL will contact you directly with simple instructions on how to pay any duties owed.
Please note: by law, we must complete customs forms precisely, declaring your order at the exact value shown on our website. We’re unable to alter this figure.
If customs charges are declined on delivery, your parcel will be returned to us. In this case, the original and return shipping costs, any handling charges incurred, and our £5 return processing fee are non-refundable — so please do keep this in mind when placing your order.
Please take this into consideration when placing your order.
